Through the Feedback form you can help us to make ‘Ad Guardian Plus’ better by leaving: URL address to the website you’ve experienced trouble with; describe your problem in writing; or take a screenshot of a web page where you found an ad and send it directly to our support agent.
NOTE: Before taking a screenshot we strongly recommend you to make sure that none of your personal information is on the screen. We suggest you to close all tabs in your browser except that one where you found the advertisement in order to avoid personal data transfer (we do not want to see which websites you visit).
In any case we will not collect any personal information from the screenshot you share with us. We will use all the screenshots only in one way: to improve ‘Ad Guardian Plus’ and help you to get rid of annoying ads on the Internet.
